What is the collection and return deadline?

All props can be collected a day before your event and returned the next day after your event. Please ensure you adhere to the agreed-upon times to avoid late fees. 

What happens if there are damages to the rented items?

In the unfortunate event of damage to a rented item, we will assess the damage and determine the cost of repair or replacement. The customer is responsible for the cost of repairing or replacing damaged items, up to the item's full retail value. 

What is the purpose of the deposit, and how is it returned?

The deposit is held as security against potential damage or loss of the rented items. Provided the items are returned in the same condition as when rented and on time, the deposit will be refunded to you on the same day, using the original payment method.
